Lighting of illumination light
This instrument supplies the light from its built-in illumination lamp to the surgical microscope.

Refer to Section 5.2, “Turning the instrument and illumination lamp ON”.

Lighting of spare lamp
This instrument supplies the light from the built-in spare lamp to the surgical microscope.

Refer to “  Lighting of spare lamp” on page 51.

Adjustment of the spare lamp brightness
When the spare lamp is used, its brightness can be controlled manually using the spare lamp
brightness control knob on the control panel.

