Manual Ice Making Water Flow

The manual flood water function is  controlled by the operator  turning the hand lever to the 
right of the operator’s seat either right or left to either decrease or increase the flow of flood 

water. 

5.7  Blade Level Adjustment

The blade adjustment hand wheel, located on the tower to the right of the operator, raises and 
lowers the blade. Turn clockwise to lower the blade onto the ice, counter clockwise raises the 
blade.
