Is the transfer belt dirty with fin-
gerprints or oil?
YES Clean.

scratched?

Wipe the surface clean of dirt with
a soft cloth.
Replace the scratched transfer
belt with a new imaging cartridge.

Clean the contact terminal or
reconnect the connector.
