If paper dust has accumulated in the
Vacuum holes
on the
Platen
(a) or in the
Borderless Printing Ink Grooves
(b), use the included
Cleaning Brush
(c) to
wipe it away.
Important
•
Do not touch the linear scale (a) or
Carriage Shaft
(b).
Note
•
If the
Cleaning Brush
is dirty, rinse it in water.

Using a damp cloth that you have wrung out completely, wipe inside the
Top Cover
to clean it. Wipe away any ink residue on the
Top Cover Roller
(a), all over the
