Print from the application menu.

In the application software, select

menu to display the dialog
box for printing conditions.

rming that the printer is selected in the dialog box, click

start printing.

The appearance of the dialog box varies depending on the application software. In
most cases, the dialog box includes basic printing options and enables you to choose
the printer, specify the range of pages, number of copies, and so on.

If another printer is selected, select the printer you want to use under
Select Printer
or in the dialog box displayed after clicking
Printer
.
Canceling print jobs
You can cancel print jobs in the printer window.

Click the printer icon in the taskbar to display the printer window.

You can also display this window by double-clicking the printer icon in the
Printers
and Faxes
(or
Printers
) folder, accessible through the Windows
Start
menu.
