Mode

Designating Colors for Use

You can select a color from the Editor's color palette. You can switch between the
sheets A - C and a custom sheet.

There are two methods for color palette selection.

●

Select the desired color from the color palette using the edit pen.

●

Enter the number of the desired color on the color palette using the number keys.

Colors can be selected for various functions when needed. This section describes how to select
a color during operation of the Single Color function, for example. The method for selecting a
color is the same for the operation of other functions.

Fine adjustments of a color are effective only for the copy mode that has made those
adjustments. If that color is selected in another copy mode, the original color without
adjustments is selected.

The fine adjustments of a color are effective until one of the following operations is carried out.

· The color is changed (another fine adjustment is made, another color is selected, or the color
selection method is changed).

· The copy function with color fine adjustments is canceled (the [Cancel] key is pressed).

· The

key is pressed.

· The copier power is turned off.
