Making Copies with Desired Image Quality
This function allows you to make copies with a desired copy image quality
according to your application with just one touch of a key.
The following image quality adjustment features can be used in the One Touch Color
mode:
Vivid Colors:
Increases the color saturation and makes copies with more
vivid tones (Saturation Adjustment).
Tranquil Colors:
Decreases the color saturation and makes copies with
subdued tones (Saturation Adjustment).
Lighten Image:
Decreases the density primarily in the low density areas and
makes copies with lighter tones (Density Fine Adjustment).
Darken Image:
Increases the density primarily in the low density areas and
makes copies with heavier tones (Density Fine Adjustment).
Highlight Reproduction:
Increases the density in the low density areas and faithfully
reproduces highlights that normally tend to appear as white.
Old-Fashioned Photo Image: Makes copies which look like old-fashioned photographs in
monochrome.
There are six methods for specifying the color intensity in the One Touch Color
mode. It is also possible to finely adjust the intensity of each color (Color Balance).

[Increase Yellow]
[Decrease Blue]
[Increase Blue]
The One Touch Color function is a simplified Color Balance process. Therefore, the Color
Balance settings change as the One Touch Color settings are made.
