Shelf life
Fruit has a naturally high content of sugar and acid, which means that they dry faster and have a longer shelf life than vegetables. If fruit is
kept in room temperature, they will remain fresh for up to a year. Vegetables should be used within 6 months.
Cleaning and maintenance
Always switch off the appliance and unplug before cleaning.
•
Never immerse the motor part or the cord in water or any other liquid.
•
Always dish the grid and the lid after use in order to be sure that no remains dry up. Wash the grid and the bottom tray in warm water
with a washing-up liquid. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
•
Wipe the lid with the motor part with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. The filter of the fan can be cleaned by turning the grid on the motor
part and removing the filter. Clean the filter using a soft brush or similar and remount the filter and the grid.

Do not use scoring detergents for cleaning.
• Wipe the housing with a cloth. Do not let water or other liquids get into contact with the base. Make sure that the grid and the lid are
completely dry before remounting them on the base.
• Let the appliance cool before storing. Keep the appliance dry in the box. Do not store it when plugged to the wall outlet.
• Do not wind the cord around the appliance as this may cause a breakage of the cord.
Recipes
Vegetable puree
2.5 dl mixed dried vegetables
1 1/4 dl hot water
0.5 dl milk
1 tablespoon butter or oil. Use only well dried and thin-sliced vegetables. Mix the dried vegetables to have a powder. Add water and milk and let
it rehydrate for 20 seconds. Blend to achieve a puree. Add butter or oil and stir. Add salt and spices at your choice and stir. If necessary, warm
during heating and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Mixed fruit puree
2.5 dl dried fruit
1.25 dl hot water
1.25 dl milk
Chop the fruit. Add water and milk and leave for 25-30 seconds and blend until a puree is achieved. If you want to, add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar
or honey and stir. Pour in bowls and keep cold until serving.
Banana puree
2.5 dl dried bananas
1.25 dl hot water
1.25 dl milk
Grind the bananas. Add water and milk and leave it for 25-30 seconds, grind until a puree is achieved. If you want to, add 1 teaspoon of sugar
and stir. Pour into bowls and keep in the refrigerator until serving.
Vegetable soup
2.5 dl hot water
2.5 dl chicken bouillon
2.5 dl stewed tomatoes
2.5 dl mixed dried vegetables
0.5 dl dried onions
0.5 dl dried celery
1/2 teaspoon dried garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
salt
black pepper
1 dl egg noodles
0.5 dl cooked rice
2 tablespoon butter
Put the dried vegetables in a bowl, add water and let the vegetables rehydrate for 25-30 minutes. While the vegetables are rehydrating, prepare
the soup in a saucepan at medium temperature. Add the stewed tomatoes, the chicken bouillon, parsley, basil, oregano, salt and pepper and
stir. When it starts to boil, add the noodles and the rice and let boil for a couple of minutes. Melt butter in a saucepan and add onion, celery
and garlic and let it soften. Pour it in the bouillon and add the vegetables and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes while stirring.
Garlic bread
1 loaf
50 g butter
3 tablespoon dried garlic
2 tablespoon dried parsley
2 tablespoon oil
