5.3 Synchronism of the automotive lift
• An unequal run is excluded by proper Operation and with the two independent hydraulic
systems.
• Raise the lift without vehicle into the top limit position. Operate the operating lever approx.
2 sec. longer. During this procedure both lifting carriage are levelling on the same height.
The oil flows from the master-cylinder to the salve- cylinder and through over flow back into
the oil tank.
• Let off the operating lever. Afterwards, the lifting carriages lowers a few millimetre and
closes the over flow bore holes into the cylinder.
• Both lifting carriage are on the same level.
5.4 Lowering the vehicle
• Control the dangerous places of the lift and be sure that there are no objects or people in
the immediate area of the lift or on the lift.
• Lower the vehicle to the working height or into the lowest position. Pull slowly the operating
lever => “lowering”. The lowering procedure starts immediately.
• To avoid a sticking with the sliding blocks and a shock before lowering, it is necessary
before to raise the lift a few millimetre.
• The lowering speed is infinitely variable.
• Position the arms into the starting position, if they are into the lowest position.
• Drive the vehicle out of the lift.
