7.1 Maintenance plan
Before beginning any maintenance work isolate the power supply. Secure the main
switch (lock it). Secure the danger area around the automotive lift and secure the lift
against unintentional lowering

Check the condition of the type plate, sticker, short
operating instruction. Clean it and if necessary
replace it.

Check the locking systems of the lifting arms and the
grown gear. In case of wear exchange the defective
parts.

Check the condition and the function of the lifting
arms and the threaded bolts.
Grease the bolts and the threaded easily

Check the condition and function of the foot
protection. In case of wear exchange the defective
parts.

Check the condition of the rubber pads. In case of
wear exchange the defective parts.

Clean and check the sliding surface of the lifting
carriage into the column. And check also the sliding
blocks of wear. After that lubricate it with a
multipurpose fat.
We only recommend to use the MO-2 high
performance lubricating grease. (to be ordered
directly from Oest corporation)

The lift cylinder can sweat and light oil droplets can
occur on the base plate, but that is no leakage.
