7.3 Stopping the Exchange Gateway

Occasionally, it might be necessary to stop the gateway to perform maintenance on the Windows
server or for some other purpose. When you stop the gateway, any messages being sent from
GroupWise users are queued in one of the

domain

\wpgate\

exchange

\wpcsout\nga

xxxx

\

0-7

directories. Messages sent from

Exchange users are moved to the gateway’s mail store. The messages waiting in each system are
processed as soon as the gateway is started again.

Follow the instructions for the installation option you chose for the Exchange Gateway:

7.4 Uninstalling the Exchange Gateway

If you need to remove the Exchange Gateway from the server where you installed it, follow the
instructions for the installation option you chose when installing the Exchange Gateway:
