Using Telnet to Access the CLI

provided with Install Tool, to access the Passport 4400 CLI (command line
interface).

Purpose
Install Tool provides access to a Telnet facility to allow you to use the
Passport 4400 CLI to perform configuration tasks that are not available through
the Install Tool interface.
Establishing a Local Telnet Connection
To establish a Telnet connection to the Passport 4400 device to which you are
presently attached, follow these steps:

Select Telnet from the Install Tool System menu.
