The

Device Parameter Data

block has two parameters:

•

Device Number:

Specifies a value (usually a DN) on which this CTI block

is to report. Valid values for this field are the numbers of registered devices
relevant to the application’s requirements, such as agent IVR ports registered
in the IPML Configurator.

•

Param Name:

Use one of the nine constants in the

CTI.Requests.DeviceParams

folder to specify the particular information

required. (Select the value from the

DeviceParams

menu.)

Device Parameter Data

The

Device Parameter Data

block

acquires information (often switch
specific) from a specified telephony
device connected to the switch.
