Use the following procedures for the disassembly tool kit to remove the
high-pressure housing from the fluid passage body.

NOTE:  You can perform these procedures with the heater in its installed
position.  Allow the heater to cool to room temperature before starting
disassembly procedures.

NOTE:  Refer to 

Parts for information on ordering the disassembly tool

kit.

WARNING:  Remove power, relieve fluid and air pressure, and
allow the heater to cool down before performing any
maintenance.  Failure to observe this warning may cause
serious injury to personnel and/or damage to equipment.

Follow thee procedures to remove the high-pressure housing from the
fluid passage body.

Preparing for Disassembly

1. Make sure the heater has been flushed thoroughly with a compatible

solvent.

2. Disconnect the high-pressure fluid lines from the inlet and outlet

connector fittings.

3. Remove the fluid fittings from the passage body.

4. Remove the split retaining ring from the bottom of the fluid passage

body.

5. Remove the socket screw and washer from the bottom of the fluid

passage body.
