Maintenance

WARNING: Allow only qualified personnel to perform the
following tasks. Observe and follow the safety instructions in
this document and all other related documents.

WARNING: Hot! Risk of burns. Wear heat-protective clothing,
safety goggles with side shields and/or heat-protective gloves
depending on the system shown.

See Screen 5-1.

The

MAINTENANCE STATUS menu lists required

routines, their performance time schedules, and accumulated hours
between routine performance. Read the menu RUN HOURS on a daily
bases to determine when to perform maintenance.

To perform maintenance on the oven, perform the following steps:

NOTE: Some of the routines listed on the

MAINTENANCE STATUS

menu require the oven to be off and cool. For those routines, perform the
maintenance task before performing the following procedure.

1. Perform the tasks necessary to gain access to the

POWER-UP

VERIFICATION menu.

2. Enter code 1960 to gain access to the

MAINTENANCE STATUS

menu.

3. Read the RUN HOURS on the

MAINTENANCE STATUS menu for

the maintenance routines.

4. Touch the maintenance routine or its associated RUN HOURS.

5. Touch PERFORM MAINTENANCE and follow the instructions on the

screen.
