To prevent equipment damage, this procedure must be done under
supervision, by your Nordson representative.

See Screen 6-1.

The open loop control screen menu contains set points

(SETPT) and actual (ACTUAL) valves for

conveyor speed (CONVEYOR).

board width (PRD. WIDTH).

board length (PROD. LENGTH).

zone (ZN) lamp wattage (WATTS) and temperature (TEMP (C)) for a
saved or created profile.

The menu also displays the

wattage setpoint values for each zone (SETPOINT).

SCR zero crossing points for each zone (ZERO).

actual watts for each zone (ACTUAL).

actual temperature in degrees centigrade of each zone (TEMP (C)
ACTUAL).

Use the SYSTEM SHUTDOWN menu item to access the

SYSTEM

SHUTDOWN SCREEN Menu.
