Chapter 11 API

Important note:

The relevant licences are required on the Device to Web server to use the API

(Application Programming Interface). For future information contact your responsible sales partner.

11.1 General

The API is provided to export data from and import data to the Device to Web server. However, this is not just
limited to the pure measurement data but includes all of the data provided by Device to Web server (e.g.
configurations). It is therefore possible for the customer to completely dispense with the interface of the
Device to Web server and to create his own user interface. A specially developed PC program or web
interface can, for example, be used for this purpose.
