Contents and Measures
A/D FULL
Displayed when the voltage input to the AD converter of the optical
system is a predetermined value or higher.
Check the environmental temperature at which the instrument is used.
It is impossible to use the EMP 3 when the environmental temperature
is higher than 45
C. Refrain from using the instrument.
If this error occurs when the environmental temperature is 45
C or
lower, make the voltage adjustment. (Refer to “6.5.3 ADJUSTMENT
If the error is not canceled even after the voltage adjustment, a
component in the instrument may be faulty.
Consult with our agent or
service department. (Refer to “11. CONTACT ADDRESS”.)
LAMP BROKEN
Displayed when the light quantity of the lamp (reference voltage) is a
predetermined value or less.
Check the environmental temperature at which the instrument is used.
It is impossible to use the EMP 3 when the environmental temperature
is lower than 0
C.
Refrain from using the instrument.
If this error
occurs when the environmental temperature is 0
C or higher, the lamp
may be faulty or the inside of the instrument has possibly been
contaminated.

CELL DARK
Displayed when the signal voltage is 1/3 or less of the reference
voltage.
The inside of the instrument has possibly been contaminated.
Consult with our agent or service department. (Refer to “11.
COM Error
Displayed when an abnormality occurs in communication.
Consult
with our agent or service department. (Refer to “11. CONTACT
PRESSURE ERROR
Displayed when the pressure is a predetermined value or lower for
more than 10sec.
The tube has possibly been blocked. Check the tube and replace it.
If it is impossible to determine the position of blockage, consult with
our agent or service department. (Refer to “11 CONTACT
ADDRESS”.)
