The suction fan is noisy
The fan bearing are not lubricated Lubricate

The suction hose is cut/torn Replace
The gasket between the suction inlet and the
hopper is broken or misadjusted
Replace/adjust
There is no pressure at the suction fan motor

Adjust the pump pressure
The suction fan does not turn
The distributor is stuck Repair
The motor is faulty Replace
The pump is faulty Replace
The engine is over revving Decrease the engine speed to 2,050 rpm
