For example, if you join s0 and s1 to mx0, you should disable interfaces of s0, s1
and mx0, if they are enabled.
Attention3:
Once the MXL interface is enabled, you can not set bounded ports as an individual
port with the “interface” command. If you enter the command, you will see an error
message such as “
no such interface "s0"
”.
Note:
When the MXL interface is enabled, all ports that are bounded will start on training for
SHDSL link.
Create the MXL interface
Do as the following steps.
Step1>
Verify whether interfaces that you join to mx0 is disabled.
- If the MXL interface is enabled, you should disable the MXL interface too.
Step2>
Bind a port to the MXL interface.
Step3>
Enable the MXL interface as the bridging mode or the routing mode.
Removing the MXL interface
Do as the following steps.
Step1>
Remove the bridging mode and the routing mode from the MXL interface.
Step2>
Verify whether the MXL interface is disabled.
Step3>
Unbind all ports from the MXL interface.
Binding a port to the MXL interface
To bind a port into the MXL interface, use the following command.
