6. Select the name of your Dynamic DNS service provider.
7. Type the host name that your Dynamic DNS service provider gave you. (The DDNS service
provider might call this the domain name.)
8. Type the user name for your DDNS account.
9. Type the password (or key) for your DDNS account.

Remote Management
The remote management feature lets you access your gateway over the Internet to view or change
its settings.
You need to know the gateway’s WAN IP address to use this feature.
Tip:
Be sure to change the password for admin to a secure password. The ideal password contains
no dictionary words from any language and contains uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers,
and symbols. It can be up to 30 characters. See
Change the Admin Password
.
To set up remote management:
1. On a computer or wireless device that is connected to your gateway, launch a Web browser.
2. In the address or URL field of your browser, type
http://myrouter

3. When prompted to log in, enter
admin
for the user name and type the password. (The default
