What Do I Do if I Forget the Main or Guest Wi-Fi
Password?
Follow the instructions below to see the Main Wi-Fi password and Guest Wi-Fi password.
1. Look on the gateway’s label.
2. If you changed the Wi-Fi password and have forgotten what it is, use an Ethernet cable to
connect a computer to one of the gateway’s yellow Ethernet LAN ports.
3. On a computer or wireless device that is connected to your gateway, launch a Web browser.
4. In the address or URL field of your browser, type

What Do I Do if I Forget the Administrator (admin)
Password?
The default password is password. If you changed the password and forgot it, you will need to
contact Sprint Customer Support for assistance with resetting the software to default settings. (See

If the Connection is “Always On,” Am I Always Being
Billed?
No. The connection to the network goes dormant after a period of inactivity, but the connection can
be re-established faster than having to reconnect. Billing occurs only when data is passed across the
network.
