Is the Yap Jack Pro difficult to configure; how long
does it take?
A
The configuration is quite simple, and initial
setup can be done in five minutes or so. All
you must do is follow the Quick Start Guide
to set up your Yap Jack Pro Account/PIN
and your ISP account information using the
telephone keypad to enter the information.

Can I make regular phone calls without
disconnecting the Yap Jack Pro?
A
Yes, the Yap Jack Pro only functions when
you press the @ button on the top of the
box. Otherwise, you can use the attached
phone as you normally do.

Will there ever be any updates to the Yap Jack Pro?
A
Sometimes the internal software (firmware)
that runs the Yap Jack Pro is upgraded.
You can upgrade easily via the Upgrade
function in the main menu.

Does the Yap Jack Pro work internationally?
A
Yes, the Yap Jack Pro will work anywhere in
the world, as long as your Internet provider
uses the PPP standard. (However, an
international power adapter may be
necessary.)
