To set the Daylight Savings Time option:
1. When
Yap Jack Pro * Ready *
is displayed
on the LCD, press the Menu/Exit button.
2. Using the down ( ) button, move to the
>Advanced Setup
menu option, and press the
OK button.
3. Press the OK button to select the
>
Administration
menu option.
4. Using the down ( ) button, move to the
>Receipt Setup
menu option, and press the
OK button.
5. Using the down ( ) button, move to the
>Time
Settings
menu option, and press the OK
button.
6. Using the down ( ) button, move to the
>DST
menu option, and press the OK button.
The DST selection field displays .
7. Press the right ( ) button to display
Yes
and
then select it by pressing the OK button.
8. Press the Menu/Exit button until the LCD
displays
Yap Jack Pro * Ready *
, and hang
up your telephone handset.
Adding your Company Name
By default, the receipt prints without a company name, but
you can enter a name that you would like to appear at the
top of each receipt.
To customize the company name on the receipt:
1. When
Yap Jack Pro * Ready *
is displayed
on the LCD, press the Menu/Exit button.
2. Using the down ( ) button, move to the
>Advanced Setup
menu option, and then
select it by pressing the OK button.
3. Press the OK button to select the
>
Administration
menu option.
4. Using the down ( ) button, move to the
>Receipt Setup
menu option, and then select
it by pressing the OK button.
