Remote Technical Support
Remote Support Session allows the technician to diagnose
your system from a TSC computer. To use this utility, you
must have an optional external modem or PCMCIA modem
card connected to your system and a telephone line.
If the Remote Support Session software is required, the
technician asks you for your phone number and instructs
you to prepare your system for remote support.
Follow these steps to prepare your system for remote
support. A modem must be installed in the system and
connected to a telephone line.
