Advanced Power Management (APM), which provides
the system with timeout and device defaults for various
power management modes.
Power Management Access
Access Power Management setup in one of the following
methods. (Do not try to access this utility from Windows.)

Use the function key combination
Fn-F8
to go directly
into Power Management setup.
■
From the DOS prompt, press
Ctrl-Alt-S
to access the
SCU Main menu. From the menu bar, highlight “Power
Mgmt” and press
Enter
.
A screen similar to the following appears.
