4-8 Using Your NEC Versa

VersaBay II release latches

Slide the front latch towards the hard disk drive side of the system, and
hold it.

Push the middle latch towards you until the drive pops part way out of
the unit.

Continue to hold the latch near the front of the system to the left, and pull
the device the rest of the way out of the system.

NOTE

If you release the front latch before completely removing the

device, the device casing may catch on the inside of the latch.
