Solving Problems 7-11
The Selective Installation Utility window opens and is
comprised of three sections:
„
Installation type — located in the top right-hand cor-
ner of the window, this section lets you specify what
you are installing — drivers, applications, or utilities.
„
Selection area — located on the left-hand side of the
window, this area lists the available selections for the
installation type and lets you highlight the items to
install.
„
Description — located just below the Selection list,
this window gives a brief description of the high-
lighted selection.
Buttons on the main window provide the following
options:

Information — when this button is active, pressing
the button usually displays a file containing informa-
tion about the highlighted selection or instructions on
installing the selection. We recommend that you ac-
cess the information provided before proceeding with
installation.

Setup — pressing the Setup button either displays an
information file with setup instructions or begins the
setup procedure.
„
About — provides copyright and revision informa-
tion related to the Selective Install Utility.
„
Exit — lets you exit the utility.
