The Technical Support Center is available 24 hours a day,
7 days a week. for the following support.
System hardware — toll-free phone support is limited to
the length of the standard warranty.
Preinstalled software — toll-free phone support for
90 days from the time of your first call to the NECCSD
Technical Support Center.
For software support after the initial 90 days or hardware
support after the warranty period, the charges are per inci-
dent. You can charge these fees to either a MasterCard or
VISA credit card.
Please have your system name, model number, serial num-
ber, and as much information as possible about the problem
available before calling.
Outside the U.S. or Canada, please contact your local NEC
office or their dealers.
NECCSD Customer Assistance Center
NECCSD offers Customer Service for extended warranty
and contract information, spare parts ordering, warranty
claims, repair services, and service authorizations.
Direct assistance is available Monday through Friday from
