19.4 Screening of One-Time PROM Version

A one-time PROM device (

PD78P0208GF-3BA) cannot be fully tested by NEC Electronics before

shipment due to the nature of PROM. After the necessary data has been written, it is recommended to

implement a screening process, that is, the written contents should be verified after the device has been

stored under the following high-temperature conditions.
