Cause Corrective action
The HP fuel pressure at sensor
B48 has undershot the limit value.
Fuel pressure is too low. u Contact Service.
89 – SS Engine Speed too Low
Cause Corrective action
The engine speed has undershot
the limit value. Engine emergency
stop has been tripped. 1. Acknowledge alarm.
2. Check for additional messages.
3. Contact Service.
90 – SS Starter Speed Not Reached
Cause Corrective action
Engine speed has not reached
idling speed within the specified
time after starter disengagement
speed was reached. 1. Check additional fuel filter, replace as necessary (→ Page 109).
2. Check fuel filter, replace as necessary (→ Page 108).
3. Check fuel prefilter, replace as necessary (→ Page 171).
4. Check for additional messages.
5. Contact Service.
91 – SS Release Speed Not Reached
