Attach the chain drive 1) using the fixings (4) (hand-tight, approx. 30 Nm). 

Hexagonal bolt M12x25, A2 – ISO 4017 

Washer M12, A2 – ISO 7094 
Attach the counterweight (2) between the two swivel arms of the chain drive (1) using the 

fixings (3) as shown. (hand-tight, approx. 30 Nm). 

Hexagonal bolt M10x70 – ISO 4014 

2x washer M10 – ISO 7089 

Hexagonal nut M10 – ISO 4032

Chain lubrication 

 

The chain was provided with initial lubrication by the supplier. However, to ensure reliable 

long-term operation, the chain should be additionally lubricated before the protective 

covers are attached. 
Use multi-purpose grease (with a standard working temperature range of -30°C to 

+120°C). 

 

Apply grease with brush! (Do not use too much grease) 

Plastic bearings must not be greased!
