Service 14: Send variable frame length RAM 
broadcast data

A data segment (specified by subaddress “subaddress”, 
offset address “source_offset” and data frame length 
“variable_length”) from the RAM send data array 
“requested_stationaddress” at the primary station is 
sent to the receive data array of all connected secondary 
stations. There, the data segment is stored in the receive 
data array with the coordinates “subaddress” and 
“destination_offset”.
