This instruction sends data to other station's Q/QnACPU.

POINT
The SEND instruction can be executed only when the target station is a Q/QnACPU.
(The SEND instruction cannot be executed for an ACPU connected to an
MELSECNET/10 or Ethernet network system.)
REMARK
1) 1: When the instruction is completed, the completion status ((S1) + 1) and clock
data at abnormal occurrence ((S1) + 11 to (S1) + 17) are stored in the control
data.
2) The number of steps for the SEND instruction is 8.
