Set the data to be sent from the Ethernet adapter module to an external device.
The set data is sent to the external device based on the send data format of the control data.
Send data by send data format are as follows:
• When a send data format is 0

(byte unit and binary code selected): This send data is used to send binary
data or character strings.
• When a send data format is 1

(byte unit and ASCII code selected): This send data is used to send ASCII
data.
