To install the maximum number of ACD users will require the
maximum number of digital trunks and DSP resources. The
number of IP ACD agents can be increased to 100/350 by off
loading all of the TDM functions to dedicated gateways (Net
ACD), or the number of DNI agents can be increased to
100/350 by eliminating IP agents. If you mix IP and DNI ACD
agents, the limit is 50 of each (base) or 100 IP and 250 DNI
(expanded). The total number of active ACD agents might
have to be reduced on an installation because of performance
limitations, based on high traffic or other installed
applications.

Conference channels in the MXe are a fixed allocation. Each
conference may have from three to eight members but the
total number of conferees cannot exceed the allowed
maximum.

expand to 30VM sessions without adding DSP resources.

G.729a compression is not a standard offering on base
systems. Additional DSP resources are needed to achieve
the values shown. Compression is added in block of 8
bi-directional channels on Quad DSP modules and DSP II
modules only.
