VOICE MAIL

The 3300 ICP includes an integrated, fully featured voice mail system. Up to 30 ports are
available for voice mail calls with support for a maximum of 750 mailboxes and 130 hours of
storage time.

NETWORKED VOICE MAIL

Networked Voice Mail (NVM) for the 3300 ICP provides seamless messaging in a distributed
network of 3300 ICPs. It also provides VPIM interworking with NuPoint Unified Messenger.

Interworking with other VPIM v2 compliant servers has not currently been tested. Operation
with an unknown server is not guaranteed. The 3300 ICP supports the following VPIM
commands:

•

HELO – greeting and identification of sender.

•

EHLO – greeting that announces support for extended messaging options.

Notes:

1.

The AX only supports 20 voice mail ports, and only if Flash 1 is upgraded to 4 GB.

2.

The CX has 4 or 16 voice mail ports depending on the DSPs installed.

3.

The MXe Server does not support embedded voice mail.
