Transfer to the Computer
If you use WinFax Pro® version 4.0, you may transfer fax messages to
your computer that have been stored in the memory, because the
Minoltafax could not print them immediately.
Description Display
1 Press [MODEM/SCANNER].
MODE SET ?
2 Press [SET].
MODEM MODE
3 Press [MENU] to select SCANNER
MODE.
SCANNER MODE
4 Press [SET]. A beep confirms the entry.

The fax message is deleted from memory as the pages are transferred to
