Make sure the machine is in automatic answer mode when a polling
transmission is programmed. The reception of other transmissions is
not affected by this setting.

If you want to make photocopies while a polling transmission is
programmed, press [STOP], to eject the document from the document
feeder. Make the photocopies and replace the document in the document
feeder for polling transmission.

If the password of the receiver has only three digits, replace the first digit
with a 0.
