3.6 Entering Telephone Numbers
3.6.1 One-Touch Dial
With this function you can program the numbers you dial most frequently
using the one-touch dial keys. Furthermore, the enhanced functions, such
as delayed transmission or polling can be programmed for each of the
one-touch keys.
Description Display
1 Press [MENU] twice.
2: O.T & S.D SET?
2 Press [SET].
O.T No.=1 ?
3 Press one of the one-touch keys
[1 - 8], e.g. [2]. If you do not press any
key, the currently selected key, is
programmed.
O.T No.= 2 ?
4 Press [SET].

5 Enter the name of the other party
(up to 16 digits).

6 Press [SET].

7 Enter the desired telephone number (up
to 32 digits).

8 Press [SET]. A beep confirms the entry.
To program further one-touch keys
repeat steps 3 - 8.

If you are calling from a PBX extension, press [TONE] for an
external line before dialling.
If you fill in the labels for the one-touch keys, it will be easier to find
the right telephone number later on.
