It is time to replace spout rubber of the
eco-case (MBIS). • Ink may leak from the eco-case.
Replace spout rubber.
Installation of the direct-connection unit/
torque limiter is incorrect in relation to
the settings of the feeding/take-up ten-
sion bar. • To use tension bar, install direct-connection
unit.
• If not using the tension bar, install torque lim-
iter.
Cover is open.
• Execute the operation after closing the
cover.
The emergency stop switch was
pressed. • Release the emergency stop switch to return
to normal function.
It is time to check absorb roller water
supply amount.
• Clean the absorb roller. ( P.4-22)
After cleaning has been completed, reset the
maintenance counter and absorb roller
counter.
The adhesive needs to be replaced
soon.
• Reapply new adhesive. ( P.4-26)
After new adhesive has been applied, reset
the maintenance counter and adhesive
counter.
It is time to replace the adhesive.
The pressure roller rises when printing
starts.
The pressure roller rises when the power
is turned off and during belt cleaning.
A peeling sensor error has occurred.
• If media is trapped in the machine, remove it
manually.
• Use the winding motor switch to wind the
peeled media.
Printing stopped because the washing
water in the washing unit was insufficient
during printing.
• Supply water into the washing unit.
One week passed after the last
exchange of washing water. • Discharge and supply the washing w2ater in
the washing unit.
