Cleaning the Blower Filter

The workpiece adhesion force will decrease if the filter becomes blocked in the optional blower.
Clean the filter periodically.

Open the cover at the right of the unit.

• Open the cover where the optional blower is installed.

(1)

Loosen the eight screws and slide the cover in the
direction of the arrows.

(2)

Remove the cover.

Remove the lid.

• Disengage the hooks and remove the lid.

Remove the filter.

Use a vaccum cleaner to suck dust and dirt from the filter.

Put the filter back in its original position.

Push in the filter and firmly close the lid.

• The hooks will not engage unless the lid is firmly closed.

Engage the hooks.

Close the cover that was removed at Step 1.
