User settings for display Carry out Routine Measurements

5.8.1

Start and Stop Traversal Measurement

Via the menu

Measurement > Start

traversal measurement can be started. With the

entry

Stop

measurement is stopped and the measurement carriage traverses to parking

position.
Via the menu

Measurement > Start single measurement

, a measurement across

the material is started. The traversal is performed only once across the material and then
stopped again.

Move to Position

Via the menu

Fix position

manual specified positions for measurement can be tra-

versed.
By means of the dropdown array, you can choose whether the measurement position is
to be determined in [mm] or [inch] ensuring from the parking position of the traversing
unit or if the specified measuring point is to be traversed.

Traversing to a measuring point is only reasonable after traversing measurement. When
the fix position has been confirmed with the green button
