Fitting the seat
Grass Catcher Assembly
Components
1. Frame – Upper Part
2. Frame – Lower Part
3. Frame – Front Part
4. Frame – Side Part x 2
5. Canvas Cover
6. Steel Cover
7. Front Handle
8. Rear Handle
9. Emptying Lever
1. Unfold the upper part (1),
front part (3) and the lower
part (2) of the frame.
2. Then proceed to join the
upper holes of the 2 x side
parts (4) to the upper part
(1) holes with supplied two
bolts.
3. Check and adjust the
frame in the canvas
cover (5) making sure it
is correctly positioned on
the base perimeter. Then
hook the 14 x plastic
SUR´OHVRQWRWKHIUDPH
tubes with the aid of a
screw-driver (if needed).
4. Place the two straps onto
the upper part (1) of the
frame. Let the bolts go
through the holes of the
straps and upper part (1),
then tight them with the
supplied nuts.
6. Place the steel cover (6)
onto the upper part (1) of
the frame. To secure steel
cover (6) onto the frame
attach both the front
handle (7) and rear
handle (8) with the
fasteners supplied.
7. Insert the emptying lever
(9) through the steel
cover (6) hole and secure
it to the frame with the
M6 x 25 bolt and nut
supplied.
1. Lift the seat pan (3) into a
vertical position. (Fig 9)
2. Place seat (1) onto the
seat pan (3).
3. The underside of the seat
has 4 threaded holes.
Ensure that these
threaded holes match the
slots on the seat pan.
4. Once the seat has been
positioned secure it by
tightening the 4 x bolts (2) securely.
5. Close the seat pan and sit in the seat to determine if it
needs adjustment.
NOTE: The seat is adjustable for individual settings
in relation to the clutch and brake pedal. If the seat needs
adjustment follow steps 1 – 4.
