For storage and transport reasons, some components of
the machine are not directly installed in the factory, but
have to be assembled after their removal from the packing.
Final assembly is carried out by following these simple
instructions. Use the correct tools as necessary to ensure
proper tightness.
UNPACKING AND ASSEMBLY
NOTE: Once you have moved the cutting deck to its
maximum height, you can now roll your lawn tractor off
the skid
1. Remove all accessible loose parts and parts cartons
from carton. (Fig 1)
2. Loose the screw at four corner. (Fig 2)
3. Lift upper parts of carton. (Fig 3)

Removing the lawn tractor from the carton
IMPORTANT: The machine is supplied
without engine oil or fuel. Before starting
XSWKHHQJLQH´OOZLWKRLODQGIXHOIROORZLQJ
the instructions given in the engine manual.
WARNING: Before doing any assembly or
maintenance to the mower, remove the wire
from the spark plug.
When unpacking the machine, take care to gather all
LQGLYLGXDOSDUWVDQG´WWLQJVDQGGRQRWGDPDJHWKHFXWWLQJ
deck when taking the machine off the base pallet.
The packing contents:
• Lawn Tractor
• Battery
• Steering Wheel
• Seat
• Grass Catcher Components
• Envelope containing:
- Operator’s manuals and documents
- Nuts and bolts including a pin for locking the
steering wheel
- 2 x starter keys
- 1 x spare 4 A fuse
- 2 x spare lamps
NOTE: To prevent damaging the cutting deck when getting
the machine down from the pallet, take it to the maximum
height and be very careful.

IMPORTANT: Check and remove any
staples in the skid which may puncture the
tyres whilst trying to roll the lawn tractor
off the skid.
4. Press lift lever plunger and raise attachment lift lever to
its highest position.
5. Release parking brake by depressing the clutch/brake
pedal.
6. Place freewheel control in “transmission disengaged
position” or place the shift lever into “N”.
7. Roll the lawn tractor forward off the skid.
8. Remove machine and packing materials.
9. Check for any additional loose parts or cartons and
remove.
