Due to the drastic nature of a cold start, the command requires user confirmation
before cold starting.
Note, the cold start will not clear the provider id used by the beacon system.

Event Logs
Where unexpected operation is observed, viewing the event logs may give an
indication of when events occurred that may have given rise to the issue.
There are three event logs available to view, along with a full, amalgamated log
of all events as shown:
