Controls
Combination Switch
1 Low beam (turn light switch
clockw ise two notches)
2 High beam (turn light switch
clockw ise two notches)
3 Headlight flasher (high beam
available independent of light
sw itch position)
4 Turn signals, right
5 Turn signals, left
To operate the turn signals, engage
com bination switch. The switch is
autom atically reset when the
steering wheel is turned through a
fairly large angle.
To signal m inor directional changes
of the vehicle, press com bination
sw itch to the point of resistance
only and hold it there.
6 C ontrol fo r w indshield washer
system
When the washer system is
switched on, the wipers also
operate
7 W indshield w iper control
0 W indshield w iper switched off
1 Interm ittent wiping
II Normal w iper speed
III High w iper speed
Hints:
If one of the turn signals fails,
the turn signal indicator system
flashes and sounds at a faster
sequence than under normal
operating conditions.
Fog lights w ill only operate together
w ith low beam headlights. Fog
lights are turned off autom atically
when light sw itch is returned to
off-position.
