Personal data management
Client administration
The procedures for administrating clients and trainers are identical. Only the symbols in the
menu are different. Hence all explanations given here for administrating clients also apply to
the trainer administration.
Menu

Selection
Select an already existing client /

Name search
Search for an already existing client
(sorted in alphabetical order – you
may enter the

3. T14 (once name entry is complete)

select the desired client)

Add client
Add a client/a group of clients

Edit client
Edit an existing client

2. T1 to T4 select depending on the changes
you wish to make
Delete
Delete an existing client
1. select client – T5 (switch to delete client

2. T5: to delete; T8: to abort deletion process
Auditory

* You can create client groups just like single clients. De
fi
ne them well by giving them a corresponding group name
(i.e. Spellingtraining I, Foreign language training II etc.). Enter the current date as the date of birth.
Limitation – AlphaTrainer HOME:
With the AlphaTrainer HOME exactly one client and one
trainer can be stored. With the AlphaTrainer PROFESSIO-
NAL the number of clients and trainers is unlimited.
