(10). Apply external electrical power with
ground power unit (T2002) (ref.
CSP-900RMM-3).
(11). Use trim switch (32) to move cyclic stick
(31) to align rig pin hole in longitudinal
trim actuator arm (26) with rig pin hole
in trim actuator (25).
(12). Put 2.5 in. long rig pin (T501-2) (22)
through longitudinal trim actuator arm
(26) and trim actuator (25).
(13). Use the trim switch (32) to move cyclic
stick (31) to align rig pin hole in lateral
trim actuator arm (21) with rig pin hole
in trim actuator (23).
(14). Put 2.5 in. long rig pin (T501-2) (27)
through lateral trim actuator arm (21)
and trim actuator (23).
(15). Remove external electrical power (ref.
CSP-900RMM-3).
NOTE:
Gradient spring must be connected
with no compression of the spring.
(16). Adjust length of longitudinal gradient
spring (16) as necessary and connect it
to longitudinal bellcrank (17).
(a). Torque jamnut on gradient spring
(16) 240 in-lb (27.12 Nm) .
(17). Adjust length of lateral gradient spring
(20) as necessary and connect it to
lateral bellcrank assembly (18).
(a). Torque jamnut on gradient spring
(20) 240 in-lb (27.12 Nm) .
(18). Remove rig pins (T501-2).
(19). Make sure there is a minimum of 0.062
inch (1.5 7 mm) between controls and
adjacent structure.
(a). Adjust the control rods adjacent to
the bellcranks as necessary to get
this clearance.
Be careful when you connect
control rod to servoactua­
tor.Align servoactuator bearing with clevis
of control rod, damage to bearing seal can
occur.
(20). Connect longitudinal control rod (47).
(21). Connect lateral control rod (37).
(22). Make sure the rod ends are not adjust­
ed out past witness holes.
(23). Make sure all jam nuts are tight to
prevent interference between rod ends
and the bellcrank clevis.
(24). Make sure all nuts are tight and all
safety devices (cotter pins, lock tabs,
and lockwire) are installed.
(25). Install swashplate forward fairing
(T155) (ref. Section 06-00-00).
(26). Install Access Panels AR138 (ref.
Section 06-00-00).
(27). Close Access Panel R128 (ref. Section
06-00-00).

NOTE:
Do the collective controls system rig­
ging (lower) and cyclic trim actuator rigging
(longitudinal and lateral) before you do this
procedure.
(1). Prepare the rotor flight controls system
for rigging.
(2). Remove swashplate forward fairing
(T155) (ref. Section 06-00-00).
(3). Remove FS155.50 collective/longitudi­
nal, and lateral FOD covers.
(4). Remove the roof panels (ref. Section
25-20-00).
(5). Remove access panels AR138 and
AR129 (ref. Section 06-00-00).
(6). Remove Access Panel R128 (ref. Section
06-00-00).
(7). If the copilot flight controls are
installed, remove Access Cover L109
(ref. Section 06-00-00).
