VideoLink Harness
Refer to Figures 46 and 47 for visual wiring instructions for the Rear End Loader and the Front End or Side
Loader.
1. Connect the tailgate harness (P/N 1483962) to the two sensors and to the VideoLink Camera Adaptor (P/N
1483963) (Figure 43).
• To do this, connect the red wire to the reverse light circuit and the black wire to Ground. Route all cables as
shown in Figures 46 (Rear Loader) and 47 (Front End or Side Loader). Tie up cables to protect them.

the VideoLink Camera Adaptor.
2. Disconnect the existing camera system cable from the SSV camera. Plug in the other two connectors from
the VideoLink Camera Adaptor (P/N 1483963) between the SSV camera and the existing camera system
cable.
3. In the cab, connect the VideoLink Monitor Adaptor (P/N 1483964) (Figure 44) between the camera system
body cable and the monitor.
• Connect the other two connectors from the VideoLink Monitor Adaptor to the VideoLink Controller (P/N
1483960) (Figure 45).

4. From the VideoLink Monitor Adaptor, connect the red wire to accessory power, the black wire to ground, and
the blue wire to reverse light power circuit.
5. Turn on the SSV Extreme Monitor/DVR System to verify the PreView system is operational.
